TLC is bringing back two fan-favorite reality series with all-new seasons of 1000-Lb Sisters and 1000-Lb Roomies, promising emotional milestones, fresh beginnings, and plenty of laughs. For longtime fans, it's another chance to celebrate every hard-earned victory while watching these friendships and family bonds continue to evolve.

The new season of 1000-Lb Roomies premieres Tuesday, August 25 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, while 1000-Lb Sisters returns the following week on Tuesday, September 1 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

In 1000-Lb Sisters, Tammy Slaton begins an exciting new chapter after Andrea's surprise proposal. As the couple plans their future, they navigate relationship hurdles, questions of independence, and winning over Andrea's friends. Tammy also continues stepping outside her comfort zone with new experiences, including horseback riding. Meanwhile, Amy keeps working toward her weight-loss goals, pursues skin-removal surgery, learns to drive, and channels her creativity into songwriting with AI-generated vocals as she hopes to one day perform the songs herself.

In 1000-Lb Roomies, best friends Jaz and Nesha continue their wellness journeys while embracing new opportunities. Jaz works toward regaining her independence and explores a budding romance, while Nesha launches an event-planning business, hosts a speed-dating event, and confronts the lasting impact of growing up in a religious cult. Together, they navigate setbacks, celebrate milestones, and prove their friendship remains at the heart of the series.

Both series continue to spotlight resilience, personal growth, and the relationships at the heart of each story, blending emotional moments with the humor viewers have come to expect.

New episodes of 1000-Lb Roomies and 1000-Lb Sisters air on TLC and will be available to stream on HBO Max the day after their television premiere.
