How to Get the Most Out of the iHeartRadio’s ALTer EGO Festival
Though tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, October 23, there are ways to get them beforehand with premium bonuses for the more hardcore fans of alternative rock.

Today, iHeartRadio has announced their annual ALTer EGO festival taking place on Saturday, January 16 at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. Their lineup is undoutably stacked with classic and newer rock talent like Evanescence, The Offspring, Death Cab for Cutie, Slightly Stoopid, Modest Mouse, Young the Giant, The Warning, Temper City, and a special performance from Billy Corgan.

For super fans who want the full experience, being an eligible Capital One cardholder gets you early access to high demand tickets through a Capital One Cardholder presale which begins Tuesday, October 20 at 10 a.m. PT/ 1 p.m. ET and runs through Thursday, October 22 at 10 a.m. PT/ 1 p.m. ET, or while presale supplies last. Cardholders can also add a Capital One Access Pass to presale ticket purchases to attend an exclusive event before the show including a private soundcheck performance by Death Cab For Cutie complimentary food and drinks, and more. Presale tickets and exclusive cardholder offers will be available at iHeartRadio.com/capitalone.

For those who don’t have this luxury, they’re still in luck as listeners will then have access to a limited number of tickets through ALT 98.7, LA’s New Alternative radio station, 24-hour VIP-Sale. Fans can become an ALT VIP at www.alt987fm.com to access tickets beginning Thursday, October 22 at 12 p.m. PT/3 p.m. ET through Friday, October 23 at 12 p.m. PT/ 3 p.m. ET or while supplies last.

If all else fails then you’ll just have to use TicketMaster.com on Friday, October 23.
At iHeartRadio, they don’t believe in FOMO so anyone who can’t make it to LA can still enjoy the concert on the iHeartRadio Alternative and Rock stations across the country and on the iHeartRadio app.
