New York City became the center of football culture this weekend as PUMA teamed up with soccer superstar Christian Pulisic and KidSuper founder Colm Dillane for a city-wide celebration ahead of the biggest tournament of the summer.

The takeover wasn’t just about football on the pitch — it was about the culture surrounding it. From fashion and music to street style and community, the day highlighted how the sport continues to evolve far beyond stadium walls.

Fulton Street Became The Ultimate Fan Zone

PUMA kicked off the celebration at Fulton Street in South Seaport, where fans gathered for a public event inspired by Christian Pulisic's iconic tiger tattoo goal celebration.

The fan zone featured live music, food vendors, freestyle football, interactive experiences, and exclusive giveaways, including a signature tattoo sleeve inspired by Pulisic's famous celebration. Large-scale tiger visuals transformed the space into a football-meets-fashion festival.

Christian Pulisic & Colm Dillane Reveal New PUMA ULTRA Boots

The event then moved to KidSuper Studios in Brooklyn, where Pulisic and designer Colm Dillane unveiled a limited-edition PUMA ULTRA boot.

The design combines PUMA's performance technology with KidSuper's signature handwritten artwork, reflecting the growing crossover between football and fashion. Pulisic is expected to wear the boots during this summer's major international tournament.

The boots will be available in limited quantities on PUMA's website and at KidSuper's Brooklyn store.

“This was a really special collab for me, working with Colm and PUMA,” Pulisic shared. “I think the boot came out exactly as I wanted it to. Hopefully everyone likes it and hopefully it'll bring me some luck.”

Dillane added, “Christian has this energy where he never feels like he’s trying too hard, but you can still feel the pressure and obsession underneath everything. Working with PUMA on this felt really natural because we wanted to capture the emotional side of football, not just the performance side of it.”

Rooftop Football Tournament Brings NYC Community Together

The day ended with a rooftop football tournament hosted by Pulisic and Dillane, bringing together local players, creators, and members of KidSuper's league for an evening celebrating football, creativity, and community.

Christian Pulisic’s Growing Partnership With PUMA

Since joining PUMA in 2021, Pulisic has become a key face of the PUMA ULTRA line while collaborating on his personal logo and the Pulisic Stomping Grounds initiative, which creates safe football spaces for kids in cities including Miami and Los Angeles.

Off the pitch, he's also helped strengthen PUMA's presence in lifestyle fashion through classic silhouettes like the PUMA Suede, further cementing his influence across sport and style.
