Kourtney Kardashian Barker has always framed Poosh as more than just a lifestyle site, it’s been her way of inviting people into a softer, more intentional way of living. Last week in Los Angeles, that philosophy took physical form with the debut of the Poosh Wellness Club, a hybrid wellness experience that blends movement, mindfulness, and community.

Held at HEIMAT Los Angeles, the event didn’t feel like your typical sweat session. Celebrity trainer Don Brooks, the man behind some of Hollywood’s most enviable physiques, led the class with his signature style: workouts broken into four “quarters,” hydration breaks as intentional as the reps themselves, and an infectious energy that turned the room into more than a gym—it felt like a team.

More Than Just a Workout

That sense of care carried into the details. Before class even began, guests lined up at the Goldie Locks Slick Station, where stylists created sweat-proof buns and braids while sneaking in hydrating masks and serums. Midway through the workout, FIJI Water breaks weren’t just about drinking; they were a reminder to pause, reset, and keep moving with purpose.

After the sweat, recovery was as much about indulgence as it was about health. A Starbucks Protein Coffee Bar teased unreleased flavors (yes, banana and matcha protein foam are coming), while Touchland’s fragrance bar offered sensorial mists that felt like small acts of joy. Even the toppings at the ZOE Gut Health Boost station turned a simple bite into a reminder that wellness can be playful.

A Room Full of Familiar Faces

It wouldn’t be a Poosh moment without a little star power. Guests included model Atiana De La Hoya, actress Charlotte McKinney, influencer Whitney Leavitt, and TV personalities Deandra Kanu and Ella Halinkas, who all blended into the mix not as celebrities, but as participants — sweaty, laughing, and sharing the same post-class glow as everyone else.

The Bigger Picture

The Poosh Wellness Club isn’t just about curated events. Rolling out in the months ahead, it will extend digitally, offering workouts, meditations, gut health and hormone balance talks, and little digital surprises designed to keep that same sense of connection alive even through a screen.

In an age when wellness can feel overwhelming or transactional, Kourtney’s club is leaning into something different: intimacy. It’s not about being perfect or chasing trends; it’s about showing up, moving together, and leaving with a tote bag full of goodies — but also a sense that maybe wellness feels better when it’s shared.
